Scenario: Volume staffing that uses up to 50 contingent workers at any given time. User is a warehousing company with lower than market wages for their location.

Challenge: No staffing provider has been able to come in and meet their job fill needs or been able to lower company’s turnover rate to below 60% turnover monthly.

Goal: To meet the customer’s volume staffing demands and to drastically improver the turnover rate within the first 120 days of service.

Results: LSI Staffing’s 1:1 volume staffing program with dedicated on-site service was able to meet the fill rate demand in a challenging market while improving turnover rates to unseen levels that by the fifth month of service were below 10%.
