Scenario: Contract Packaging Facility with year-round volume staffing usage and huge spikes in contingent labor needs on short notice. Use up to 150 workers at one time. 95% of workforce is contingent labor.
Challenge: Large volume short notice orders at a low wage and very up and down work assignment.
Goal: To meet the short notice volume demands of our client by achieving at a minimum 90% fill ratio or above both daily and weekly.
Result: We not only met the customer’s expectations but exceed their desires. We had an annual average fill rate of 97.72% and continually met the customers every changing demands on a daily basis.
